1. GISELLE Mag: Self Confidence – Why is self confidence is important?
                 BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Confidence is the foundation for everything in life and it is our confidence, or lack of, that directly affects HOW we do everything in life.

When we know and appreciate who we are, we feel great about ourselves and we make better choices and better decisions.
When we make better choices and better decisions, we create a better life for ourselves.
When we create a better life, we are much happier. Everything is based on our self-confidence!

2. GISELLE Mag: Unity – Our community seems to be lacking unity especially mostly among us women. As the mothers and sisters of the community, what can we do to be more United?

            SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER

It’s important for women to have each other’s backs and foster a supportive, positive environment. Try to make an effort to connect with other women in your industry and community by attending networking and skill development events, or by simply organizing your own casual meetups–and be sure to involve men in someof these activities as well.

Unity is very important so let us be our sisters keepers .

“We are all equal in the fact that we are all different. We are all the same in the fact that we will never be the same. We are united by the reality that all colours and all cultures are distinct & individual. We are harmonious in the reality that we are all held to this earth by the same gravity. We don’t share blood, but we share the air that keeps us alive. I will not blind myself and say that my black brother is not different from me. I will not blind myself and say that my brown sister is not different from me. But my black brother is he as much as I am me. But my brown sister is she as much as I am me.”

“We’re connected, as women. It’s like a spiderweb. If one part of that web vibrates, if there’s trouble, we all know it, but most of the time we’re just too scared, to help. But if we don’t help each other, who will?”
